Arrivals for Day 1 participants: We encourage participants approved for the workshops and/or Think Tank Dinner to arrive in the late morning, well before the workshops start at 1:00 PM sharp. This will allow ample time to settle in and prepare for the day’s activities.
While the official hotel check-in time is at 3:00 PM, attendees arriving early can store their luggage with the hotel staff and proceed to the workshops. Please note that only a select group of executives will be staying at the hotel, as accommodations are limited.
