Brigitte Coles focuses on Agentic Transformation and Value Creation at West Monroe, helping investors and executive teams translate AI initiatives into repeatable, measurable business outcomes. She designs agentic operating models that connect business priorities, operational constraints, and intelligent systems, with an emphasis on sustainable growth, effective governance, and the capacity of teams to deliver lasting results. At West Monroe, Brigitte leads the development and deployment of multi-agent AI solutions within existing workflows. Her work includes building AI training programs for business and technical teams, implementing responsible AI governance frameworks, and developing new offerings and go-to-market strategies. She collaborates across technology, healthcare, financial services, private equity, manufacturing, and energy, bringing together technical capabilities and business execution. Before joining West Monroe, Brigitte served as Chief Strategy Officer at Drift Net Securities, where she led product development and go-to-market strategy for software and integrated systems serving the K–12 market. Her work included AI applications for threat detection, emergency preparedness, and scenario-based decision-making. Earlier roles spanned market research at Qualtrics, operations consulting at BluePay, and security program management at the Center for World Religions, Diplomacy, and Conflict. Across these experiences, her focus remains on building systems that create durable value while supporting people, maintaining trust, and managing risk.
