Amoolya Singh is Chief Technology Officer at DELFI Diagnostics, a role she assumed in December 2024. Trained in computational biology, she brings a background in biotechnology, drug discovery, and technology innovation, with expertise in applying statistical methods, machine learning, and rigorous experimental design to complex scientific problems. Her work connects computational approaches with experimental research, emphasizing how organizations quantify uncertainty, manage technical risk, and make informed decisions in rapidly evolving research environments. Before joining DELFI, Amoolya served as Senior Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at GRAIL, followed by a period on its Scientific Advisory Board. Previously, she held leadership roles at Calico Life Sciences, first as Head of Computing and subsequently as Head of Discovery Technologies, serving as CTO. Amoolya also serves on the board of the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation and advises Lattice Automation. Alongside her technical and scientific expertise, she brings a commitment to coaching, communication, and developing people. She has lived and worked on three continents and speaks seven languages.
