Opening-night Think Tank dinner
Welcome drinks lead into a shared table for 30–40 executives and their plus ones. Dinner is part of the discussion: a moderated Think Tank with the people building and leading enterprise AI.
Around six Think Tank dinner questions keep the conversation focused, with time to hear different views and get to know the people around you.

Day 2 · Executive sessions
Executive sessions, then a shared afternoon
Executive panels and small-group roundtables explore the decisions behind enterprise AI: what is working, what is difficult, and what comes next. Content sessions are reserved for executives.
Content ends around 2–3 p.m. After a break to reconnect with your partner, everyone comes together for the destination experience and dinner.
For your plus one: the day is yours until the shared afternoon outing. Executive content sessions are reserved for executives.

Panels and live discussion bring practical perspectives from leaders navigating enterprise AI.
Roundtables & closing discussion
Small-group roundtables and closing insights make room for candid exchange with your peers.

A group outing, reception, and private dinner with executives and plus ones. The experience changes with the destination.
Day 3 · Executives + plus ones
Golf, spa & departures
Finish with a round of golf or a morning at the spa. Partners and plus ones are welcome, with breakfast and departures arranged around the final day’s program.

Catch up over breakfast before heading into your final experience.

Time on the course or a spa experience with your plus one. Activities are selected for each destination and season.
Departures
Enjoy your final morning, then depart according to your travel schedule.
