Sunanda is the Global Cloud Transformation Leader for Hybrid Cloud Services at IBM Global Business Services. In this role, she is responsible for leading strategic initiatives to accelerate cloud adoption and digital transformation. She specializes in digital health innovation, helping healthcare and life science executives bring outcomes driven, patient-centric healthcare solutions, and services to market. Her areas of expertise include conceptualizing and commercializing digital health solutions, leveraging cloud computing, analytics, IOT, real world evidence analytics, and AI to support outcome-driven, patient-centric healthcare. Sunanda is passionate about the role of STEM education in equipping children for the future of work and volunteers as an advisory board member for the Rutgers University Design Thinking program and IBM’s P-Tech program. She has been recognized by the PowHERful Foundation’s EmpowHER Award for advancing young women in STEM careers, and has received numerous professional excellence awards in various organizations. She has an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (double major in Finance and Strategy), a Masters in Communications from Mudra Institute of Communications, India (major in Marketing Research), and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, India.
