Christopher has a strong background in commercial litigation, ethics and compliance, privacy and cybersecurity, and intellectual property law. As the Vice President of Commercial Litigation at NTT DATA Services, Christopher lead the global litigation function and support the company's strategic goals and vision. In his current role, he manages all types of litigation and pre-litigation matters, as well as government enforcement actions, contract negotiation, and mergers and acquisition support. Christopher always leverages his skills in litigation, mediation, and communication to achieve favorable outcomes for the company and its clients. Christopher has received multiple awards and recognition for his work, including the Magna Stella Award and the Corporate Counsel Pro Bono Award.
