Currently serving as Head of Transformation for SAP's Services and Customer Success organization in Latin America and the Caribbean, Cassio has the mission of helping customers realize the full potential of their technology investments with SAP. This organization has over 1,600 experts in the region, whose goal is to ensure that every SAP customer is enabled in their journey to become an intelligent enterprise. In the last few years, Cassio led the definition of SAP’s Customer Engagement and Experience strategy in Latin America, ensuring its operations were fully aligned with the customers’ expectations of driving continuous value for their businesses. Previously, as a member of SAP’s Latin American senior leadership team, Cassio oversaw the definition and execution of strategic projects within the region, ranging from internal continuous improvement initiatives to expanding our relationship with top customers in the geography.
